How long does the battery last?

Most of our 24V 10Ah lithium batteries last for at least 36 holes of golf with normal use, and can be recharged about 800 times.

How to re-register the remote control to the trolley?

If the remote control stops responding and the red light does not turn on, the batteries are likely empty.

If the remote stops responding but the red light is on, it needs to be re-registered. This can happen if the trolley hasn't been used for a while or due to an electrical fault.

For remotes with red buttons (older models):
  1. Unplug all plugs for 1 minute.
  2. Make sure the trolley’s speed controller is fully reversed.
  3. Plug in the trolley and turn it on.
  4. Turn on the remote (AB), press and hold the forward button until the trolley starts driving (up to 20 seconds).
  5. Repeat if needed.
For remotes with blue buttons:
  1. Unplug all plugs for 1 minute.
  2. Ensure speed controller on trolley is fully reversed.
  3. Plug in the trolley but don’t turn it on yet.
  4. Turn on the remote control and hold down the forward button (red light on).
  5. While holding the button, turn on the trolley.
  6. The trolley should start running within 3 seconds.
  7. Repeat if needed.
For remote control GT-ASR:
  1. Press the stop/on button on the handle IC board until the LED turns green and flashes quickly.
  2. On the remote, press the stop button, then press the go button.
  3. The trolley will now work with the new remote.

How long is the warranty on the products?

The trolley and battery have a 1-year warranty.

Defective parts will be replaced free of charge. Normally, products are repaired, but if they cannot be repaired, they will be replaced.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

Yes, MOQs are flexible depending on region and customization.

What to do if the trolley has driven into water?
  1. Immediately turn off the trolley and pull out all plugs.
  2. Put wheels in freewheel mode and push manually.
  3. Turn off the remote and stop using the trolley.
  4. At home, remove the battery and let it dry completely.

Warnings:

  • Water-damaged batteries may no longer charge safely. Charging could cause fire or ignition risk.
  • Battery pins must not touch metal objects to avoid electric shock.

Motor drying:

Unscrew two screws at the bottom of the thick tube with a Torx screwdriver. Gently pull out the motor, disconnect electrical wires carefully, and let the motor dry for several days before reinstalling.

Best option: Send the trolley to us for professional repair and parts replacement. We’ll provide cost estimates in advance. Buying a new battery is also recommended.

Can I visit your factory?

Visits to our factory in Guangzhou, China are welcome but must be booked in advance.
